Syeda Hasnain

Syeda is an experienced healthcare communications leader who leads communications for Merck Healthcare, delivering impactful campaigns across oncology, fertility, neurology and immunology. Prior to her role in the industry, Syeda worked in public sector communications for over a decade. Her roles included Head of Communications at an NHS Academic Health Sciences Centre, King's Health Partners, and leading a press team at the UK Department of Health and Social Care, in addition to other NHS and government communications roles. Syeda originally qualified in law, has a post-graduate in public relations, and is in the early stages of an MBA.
