Sian Trew

Sian is a chartered PR and communications professional with experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors. She currently works as Director of Marketing and Communications at the Crown Commercial Service. Prior to this, Sian spent 11 years working in senior communications roles in different parts of the NHS, including as Director of Communications in the Health Innovation Network and leading a regional NHS communications response during the coronavirus pandemic. Sian trained and worked as a journalist before transferring to communications and marketing, and started her PR career working in sports PR and marketing, working in press operations at major sporting events including the Paralympic Games, World Rowing Championships and the Boat Race. Outside of work, Sian is a non-executive director on the board of Active Gloucestershire and an active member of the CIPR.
