Richard Bagnall

Richard Bagnall is a global leader in the field of PR and communications measurement and evaluation with 30 years' experience advising international clients. He has been actively involved with AMEC since its inception and most recently chaired the organisation for six years. At AMEC, he led the development of the Integrated Evaluation Framework, a comms measurement process now acknowledged as global best practice. During his career, he has led some of the world's top measurement agencies, including Metrica, Gorkana, PRIME Research and CARMA where he is the global co-managing partner. Richard has advised the UK Government Cabinet Office Strategy & Evaluation Council for over nine years. His work has earned him a number of lifetime achievement awards including the CIPR's President's medal, AMEC's Don Bartholomew Award and induction into the USA's PR News' Measurement Hall of Fame.
