
Ranjeet Kaile

Ranjeet is Director of Communications, Stakeholder Engagement and Public Affairs. He has 20 years of communication experience working in some of the country's most dynamic public sector arenas. Before joining the Trust, Ranjeet held several senior communication roles, including as special adviser for the Department of Health working on the provider communications strategy for implementing the 2012 'Liberating the NHS' reforms. At Lambeth Council, Ranjeet was the Head of Communications and led the Council's successful lobbying campaign for a £220m investment in the Building Schools for the Future programme. He has also spent time working with MPs at the Houses of Parliament and supporting local councillors with community programmes. From 2008-2013 Ranjeet worked for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the largest mental health trust in the south of England, where he transformed how the organisation communicated with staff, patients, carers and communities.
