Rachel Gilley is the CEO of Clarity, a global digital marketing and communications agency. With over 25 years of communications expertise, Rachel has a proven track record of driving success across B2B, corporate and consumer tech sectors. Before joining Clarity, she was the UK Managing Director at Bite, part of the Next Fifteen Group, where she consulted enterprise clients on business strategy. Throughout her career, Rachel has partnered with tech giants and innovative startups alike, including Apple, Microsoft, Oracle, WeWork, Nest, Zilch, and Chargepoint, to create award winning campaigns. At Clarity, Rachel is known for her focus on leadership excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration and outstanding delivery across the agency's six global offices. When not working on the business in her CEO role, Rachel takes her passion for innovation and strategy and works directly with clients as a trusted advisor to their executive teams, offering expertise in market integration, reputation management, and crisis communications. Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her family and their two dogs.
