Rachel Gilley

Rachel is Clarity's CEO, having taken on the role on January 1, 2024. Having joined Clarity in 2019, Rachel joined as MD of UK, then to MD Europe, then took on the role of Chief Client Officer overseeing clients and teams across Clarity's global offices. Rachel has over 30 years of communications experience working across b2b, corporate and consumer tech clients. Prior to joining Clarity, Rachel was at Text 100, then Bite (now Archetype), part of the Next Fifteen Group, where she was UK MD. Rachel has worked across a range of start-up, scale ups through to mid scale and enterprise clients including Apple, Microsoft, HP, Samsung and Oracle. She has launched well-known brands including WeWork, announced Nest's arrival into Europe and its then acquisition by Google and worked closely with ChargePoint on their successful SPAC. Whilst Rachel is running a global agency of 120 people operating in six geographies, she still works closely with key clients. Here she specializes in executive reputation management and crisis communications alongside consultation on how best to move into European and US markets.
