Melissa Lawrence has worked in the not-for-profit sector for more than 20 years and is a passionate advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion. She joined the Taylor Bennett Foundation – the UK charity that encourages people from Black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds to pursue a career in communications – as chief executive in 2018.
