Kimberley Holder

Responsible for leading the development and delivery of the force strategic communications and engagement programme, Kimberley heads up a team of 32 spanning internal and external comms, news, digital and multi-media, design and events. Career highlights since joining the organisation include developing and leading delivery of its employer brand and accompanying 'Be the Difference' campaign, for which she received a Chief Constable's Commendation; and concepting the award-winning 'This is Not Who We Are' employee engagement campaign. As an experienced communications specialist with 20 years in the industry, Kimberley's career has predominantly been spent PR agency side, developing creative, strategic and effective integrated campaigns across regional, national and trade audiences. She's had the joy of working with big household names and smaller local clients across a wealth of sectors including food & drink, retail, hospitality, property and healthcare, to name but a few.
