Client: Tideway
To mark the end of tunnelling, Tideway wanted an event that would enable its complex stakeholder group to positively and proactively celebrate this achievement. Composer Rob Lewis created a music composition that reflected the sound of the underground, and in doing so, became a ‘sound archive’ of the tunnel, before it was closed to the public forever. Performed to the tunnel workers and live streamed to broadcast, the event was also photographed and picked up across top tier business media, increasing awareness amongst the public and delivering overwhelmingly positive feedback of the ‘unique event’ by all the important stakeholders.
