The Ripple Effect
The two founders - Sam Dibley and Frankie Wheeler - learnt their craft in agency land, working on brands including Ralph Lauren, Cartier and Virgin, before deciding to branch out on their own and do work that really makes a difference. With no financial backing, we launched The Ripple Effect, and over the last two years we’ve been on a mission to combine clever and creative work with making a lasting impact - what we call communications with conscience. Passionate about our purpose, we’ve built many strong client partnerships, aligning with brands who have a conscience: those who think beyond the next sale, and really consider their impact on the world around them. We’ve built a reputation for our work, regularly making waves by landing top tier national and broadcast coverage. Our work has also appeared in PR Week and Sam was named on the PR Week 30 Under 30 list just a year after we started the agency. We’re also becoming known for our heart, after pledging to give away 2.5% of our profits every year. So far we’ve donated more than £10,000 to four small charities, knowing our contribution has a meaningful impact. From our shiny new HQ on Eel Pie Island, we’re building a diverse team who share our mission and values, determined to keep making ripples and delivering communications with conscience.
