In 2023 PrettyGreen celebrated 15 years of creating award-winning, disruptive, and additive communication campaigns as an independent agency. Our mission is to deliver creative communications that positively impact People, Planet and Performance and at the core of our culture is a strong belief that we have a responsibility to be & do better. So, in line with our mission, 2023 was focused around creating a high-performance program to enable us to Be Better: Better to our People, Better to the Planet, Better for our Clients.

This purpose strategy is driven by the 3 ‘PrettyGreen’ founding principles: Commercial growth - yes that’s a ‘PrettyGreen’, the original £1 note. Curious minds - we’re all a little green so be smart & curious. Caring - about the impact our work has on our planet and people (really green...) To facilitate real change in our work & reflect our purpose, we created the A IS FOR ALL Framework, an actionable DE&I initiative, that enables the entire company to make positive change to representation and inclusion within our work and drive tangible value for our clients and industry.
