‘Muckle’ is Scots for ‘mighty’, ‘huge’ or ‘great’ – a fitting adjective for our Edinburgh headquartered Muckle Media team. In the past year we’ve doubled our fees while staying true to our three core values: to be kind, to get results and to leave the world in a better place.

Delivering fantastic work for our retained clients alongside our new business wins meant our fee income in the year ending 2023 broke through the £1 million mark for the first time in our history, up 91% year on year at £1.15 million in 2023 versus £600k in 2022. Turnover rose to £1.4 million in 2023 from £974k in 2022. Our outstanding team culture resulted in winning 2023 Employer Brand of the Year (agency) by Marketing Society Scotland and placing 41st in the top 100 small businesses to work by Great Places to Work UK.
