Harvard
Harvard’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategy spans six pillars: Disability, Gender, LGBTQ+, Neurodiversity, Race and Ethnicity, and Socioeconomic. Each is led by a member of the Senior Leadership Team, with a team of 3-6 people from across the business to drive activity. The idea is not for each team to deliver sweeping change overnight, but to land three-to-five key developments each year and to support with ongoing calendar moments that add up to a much larger progressive shift. Each year, we report on our progress in a DE&I report, the second of which was launched in November 2022.
