49% of British farmers expect to be out of business within the next 12 months. The cause? The behaviour of the ‘Big Six’ supermarkets and their suppliers – a lack of commitment, long payment terms and unnecessarily wasted produce – driving British farmers to the brink of extinction.

Our #GetFairAboutFarming campaign led to the topic being debated in Parliament on 22nd January 2024 to affect real change for farmers. And when that happened, to make sure not a soul could possibly miss it – we masterminded a noisy PR stunt event right outside the House of Commons. A move which took the campaign up a gear to the point where it would be impossible not to have seen it, resulting in a direct impact on Riverford sales.
