We believe DEI should be at the heart of every business. Our commitments are driven by our DEI Committee, made up of employees at all levels with diverse backgrounds. We action positive change within the agency to support fairer treatment, representation and inclusivity for all. With strong results already achieved, for 2023 it was important that we stayed true to our mantra that our DEI work will never be ‘finished’ and to innovate and evolve our approach, which is exactly what we did.
