From working with Lloyds Banking Group on inclusive entrepreneurship to supporting eBay’s collaboration with the Notting Hill Carnival, everything we do aligns with that purpose.

Dedicated to making the world a better place, Coldr achieves far more than agencies several times its size. Constantly pushing industry boundaries, we represent a response to a broken and outdated industry model, fuelled by cultural and corporate shifts. The team is deeply committed to effecting long-term change. While a relatively new concept, clients are embracing change and seeking informed, expert partners to guide them. This strength defines Coldr and is evident in every project. We’re not just another startup agency; we are the evolution of them. We were founded by Kamiqua Lake in 2020 out of a personal mission to address her industry invisibility as a Black British woman with Jamaican heritage, despite her extensive integrated PR career. Kamiqua's vision was explicit: establishing an agency that champions inclusion at the forefront of creative endeavours, bridging the gap between mainstream and marginalised communities. This vision has been realised, as Kamiqua’s built a team and a portfolio authentically reflecting inclusivity and innovation.
