2022 was Brands2Life’s best-ever year with record revenues, new business, awards, headcount, and societal contribution.
It all started in 2020 when everyone here became an indirect shareholder through a majority-owned employee trust (EOT) and then fed into the five key goals that you’ll read about in this submission. Last year we grew by +20% to £20.9m (50% in two years), won £4m in new business, hit record levels of client and staff satisfaction, gained 80+ new staff, including 20 JAEs – and, through our work for the charity HeadStart, gave 100+ young people an introduction to the world of work.
