During the period we delivered in terms of People, Planet and Profit, being recognised as a ‘Best Place to Work’, becoming Net Zero in terms of carbon, and delivering 68% fee and 152% profit growth, respectively. We achieved all this, despite seeing many of our team touched by tragedy. Many would have crumbled, but Blurred soared.
