But instead of cutting costs, taking any work and simply focusing on bolstering the bank balance, we Instead leant into our values, doubled down on supporting our team, and evaluated our offer in line with our purpose. We evolved into a specialist ESGP consultancy and a year on we've seen 65% fee growth and 71% profit growth. We leant also into our values, and are living proof that our industry can support People and Planet and also deliver Profit. And that’s the greatest reward of all
