This small team is tasked with delivering Amex’s external PR, internal communications, social media and community giving in the UK. The business value they generated included a more positive external narrative, a significant uplift in prospect consideration, increased engagement with colleagues and a tangible impact for good causes. The team delivered against multiple business priorities and audiences, in innovative new ways, whilst navigating a complex external environment, particularly for a premium brand. In doing so, this relatively new team earned recognition and support from local and global business leaders for their work.
