Our campaign – in which missing people alerts were served within the Trainline app –delivered 368 pieces of national and regional media coverage.

It reached 87% of the regular traveler core audience for the campaign 2.8 times. Research showed 71% of existing Trainline users felt more favourable towards the brand and traffic to the Trainline app doubled in the week after launch. However, we’re most proud that, in the time the campaign was live, ten families were reunited thanks to our activity.
