Annabel Kerr

As a director at WE Communications and member of the UK leadership team, Annabel sits across a diverse portfolio of B2B technology clients, as well as heading up a number of the agency's people-centric initiatives as part of WE's first Head of Culture role. On the client-side, Annabel leads a number of WE UK's marquee clients including; Capgemini UK, HPE Aruba and Zscaler. Highly adept at building long-standing client relationships, Annabel specialises in delivering both strategic UK and multi-market programmes, kicked off by her experience running an award-winning global programme for AVG Technologies over a three-year period. Driven by her passion for people development, Annabel's Head of Culture role includes ownership of the agency's L&D programme, diversity & belonging initiative and social committee (amongst many others) - and is focused on delivering positive, inclusive and consistent employee experiences.
